My favorite presidents...sorta.

Sometimes I forget how much I love the movie Dave. Also, I'm frequently surprised by how much I love the character of Dave. Man! I love him as president of the United States!

My love for Dave, however, is often challenged by my love for President Whitmore in Independence Day...

Cute old man

This man on the McKay School of Education homepage just made my day!

PS: He's speaking at devotional on Tuesday.

Obscure guys I like

Ahhh....the Winter Warlock. Remember the part when his heart melts like ice? I love this man.

Don't you wish you'd go on forever?

And you'd never stop? Oh...Curly!

An Asian man

I have seen the same man waiting for the bus at 7:25 every morning since May. I really want to write a poem about him. Too bad I don't know how to write poetry.

I would also love to meet him. What is his story? Where does he go every day? Why doesn't he ever smile? He is usually standing with his arms folded and a slight glare on his face, but a few times I have seen him texting and once or twice he's been on the phone.

Who is this enigma?

More!

Dr. Ian Malcom. Yes.

The boy with the "perfect" color of red hair

Too bad his hair is hidden by the cowboy hat. And please excuse my, um...bow tie? Whatever it is, it's not my favorite costume accessory-but as a whole I really liked that costume. Not like it matters anymore, but it's fun to remember, I guess.

Eli Stone

It's perfectly clear why I might love him. Right?

I suffer from:

  • Headaches above my left eye
  • Reverse Sentence Syntax Syndrome
  • A fractured foot

However, I'm not complaining, and I don't want this blog to sound all emo and depressed. Those are just some random facts that I noticed about my life. I also suffer from a completely incurable mindset that my life is fine, good, and just what it should be. I love my life. I'm grateful for life and everything that comes with it.

Also, I love Pahoran (Alma 61:9).

Oh, no.

I think I'm starting to fall for Andy Bernard.

While it is odd and unlikely, it's true. I just want someone to serenade me at work. Uh, someone other than the missionaries...

A forgotten love

Bob Hope: Not so obscure
Son of Paleface: Pretty darn obscure

I'm dreaming...

Can I just say that I am completely and irrevocably in love with Bing Crosby?
So it's a bit of a weird obsession. But seriously. His eyes...and his voice...I don't know. I just love him.

David Wallace

I just discovered him while I was watching the season finale of The Office.

And the list gets longer...

You know, the reporter from "Gandhi".

I love that Cash Cab is on again...

Because secretly, I have a little bit of a crush on Ben Bailey.

Lt. Randall Disher!

I love him!

He definitely makes the 'obscure guys I like' list.

Some obscure guy, but I still love him.

I honestly fall in love with the most obscure characters from very old/obscure movies. Take the phantom hearse driver from Scrooge, for example.

I understand this is unusual.

I don't trust a man who makes toys in a land where children are forbidden.
His character just really intrigues me. I know he's mean, but still I'm almost fascinated by the child catcher from Chitty Chitty Bang Bang.

Big Tuna

I love him. Just love. Really, I almost love him more than I love Almonzo Wilder.
